Privacy

This page covers the website at cadmvr.com. The desktop application is not released yet; when it is, its own notice will cover what it sends and when.

What we collect

• Alpha list. The email address you give us, the date, and which page you gave it on. Nothing else.
• Accounts. Your name, email address and a hashed password. A session cookie keeps you signed in.
• Payments. Handled by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the subscription status. We never see or store card numbers.
• Server logs. The web server keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security, for a short period.

What we do not do

• No analytics or tracking scripts, and no advertising.
• No cookies other than the session cookie for signed-in users.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, other than Stripe as our payment processor.

Email

If you join the alpha list we will write when the alpha opens and, occasionally, with a build update. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and replying "stop" works too.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@cadmvr.com and we will do it within thirty days. Deleting an account also deletes its subscription record with us; Stripe keeps what it must for accounting.

Where it lives

The site and its database run on a server in London (AWS eu-west-2). Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.
